When the winds blow

Balls flew all over the place due to the strong winds – sometimes very strong, but 21 players endured and carried on, some even used the elements to their advantage and put in some good scores.

Comrades Golf Society Members and a couple of guests turned out at Drayton Park GC to play 18 holes of Stableford Golf and it was very close for the top 5.

The winner on the day was Ian Knight with a brilliant score of 32, playing of a handicap of 9 and winning the Greene King Individual Stableford Trophy, Anthony l’Anson (guest), let’s get him signed up for more, came 2nd with 31 points.
